Guidelines for Participation in the Hill's College Feeding Program
You must begin by completing the on-line enrollment for the College Feeding Program at www.hillsholos.com Once enrollment is completed, you are required to provide proof of ownership for your pet(s) upon your initial visit to the Hill's campus store for verification purposes, i.e. rabies certificate, vaccine history, or any formal document with both your name and your pet's name on it. You may also email the required documents to the store at Hills@rossvet.edu.kn.
A maximum of 3 animals can be registered per student, faculty, or staff member. Each student, faculty, or staff member is allowed to purchase a maximum of 200 lbs of food per semester. You must bring your Ross University I.D. every time you purchase food. No exceptions will be made. Only registered customers are allowed to purchase food.
Written prescriptions are required for the purchase of Hill's prescription diets, with the exception of r/d and t/d diets. To ensure your pet's food is inventoried, prescriptions may be faxed in advance of your arrival to (869) 466-1203 ATTENTION: Hill's. Please be sure to include your name and student information on any faxed form(s). Your written prescription must also be brought directly to the Hill's Food Store upon enrollment.
Spouses or significant others are allowed to purchase food on your behalf, but he or she must present your Ross University I.D, in addition to his or her own Ross I.D. badge, at the time of purchase.
It is important that your enrollment is kept current so that we at Hill's can maintain an accurate and adequate inventory for our customers. If there are corrections to be made to your pet's food order, please update your account summary on-line as soon as possible.
The Hill's College Feeding Program is a privilege. Duty charges are enforced by the government of St. Kitts with the explicit understanding that Hill's foods are sold exclusively for use by students, faculty, or staff. Individuals are not allowed to purchase food for others. If it is determined that any individual is purchasing food for any animal other than his or her registered pet(s), that individual will no longer be allowed to participate in the Hill's College Feeding Program. This policy is strictly enforced and actions will be taken by Ross University if this policy is violated in any way. Hill's Pet Nutrition reserves the right to terminate the Ross University College Feeding Program at any time.
